Thanks for the confirmation. As testing of the new approach to processing the data was taking some time, we looked into other ways to bring these lost channels into the live service and this was completed earlier today

I did a full EPG refresh to verify, but there are no channel logos for the channels restored yesterday, FYI.

Yes I heard that from another user. I have just checked and yes there are no logos. Will get it looked at. It may actually resolve itself when we go live with the changes to how we process the data

Is there a timeline on when the issue regarding Movies broken by a 5 minute filler is going to be fixed? I know there is a work around but this really should have been sorted by now. We shouldn’t have to remember to manually fix something because the software doesn’t work properly.

Thanks! These are part of the Grand Rapids-Kalamazoo lineup, but it’s around half of what I can bring in on my antenna from my location near Lansing. Will keep an eye out for their addition to the Lansing lineup.

The Quest channel is reporting the wrong information, for example i wanted to record Fifth Gear tonight at 9pm but if you look at the Plex Guide attached it shows ‘the unexplained files’
Im in the UK, West Yorkshire DVR Guide.

There has been a fix to The Quest channel. I have not checked if that fix has come through or not. Would normally take 24-48 hours

Channel 14 is should be CW, not CBS. Channel 695 has dropped off. It was ESPN Goal Line/ESPN Bases Loaded (HD).

I had posted this earlier, but I’m sure it was lost in some of the other chaos that was going on (especially with those 4 or 5 channels that dropped off for everyone at the same time).

Just setup Plex DVR and everything in the guide is marked as NEW.
It’s showing today’s date instead of episode number.

Is anybody else having this problem or know a fix for it?

this is still an ungoing problem:

in this screenshot which is from FIOS - NYC area (basking ridge NJ). Channel 2 Sunday - to be announced when it should be football. and you can see a bunch of “unknown airings” and “to be announced”

EDIT: I forgot to mention I already did a FULL Guide refresh and 20 minutes later its still showing the same issues. Unknown Airings and To be announced.

EDIT 2: the unknown airings may be a display bug with the guide and not an actual guide issue because if you click futher in time they change to real shows. the to be announced 1/1/17 is still an issue though.

channel 14 is showing up as “KAUZ”
Are there different variations ?
It is not flagged as HD

Is it different for you?
Can you check DVR settings and enabled channels drop-down

It’s showing today’s date instead of episode number.

Not every series is sequenced with episode numbers. Some just give dates. if it is causing a problem, let me have details:
Zip Code, Country, Lineup name, channel numbers and channel names, airing times and time zone and series name/episode

Also if any are marked as “New” when they should not be - let me know which ones

if you suspect display issue, would browser F5 refresh resolve it ? closing the plex web browser tab and reopening it - does that resolve?
