To get your EPG data I need to know the channel numbers and channel names this is an issue on. I know you said all channels but I am not able to setup a test environment where I pick all your channels - so i need to select specific channels from your lineup and then look at the data
KAUZ is the station identification. They are a CBS affiliate and their main channel they broadcast is CBS. CW is a substation they also broadcast. Right now the guide information is for CBS and not CW.
I checked before I made this post and it wasnât in the lineup. It is now, however!

Thank you. This is being looked into as a potential Plex Web app issue. Does a browser F5 refresh or closing browser and relaunching resolve?
Possible channels would be 808, 829, 832, 834, 836, 917, 919, & 934. Plus all of their SD counterparts.
I donât think Iâve seen games on any other channels.
edit: Those channels are ABC, TNT, ESPN, ESPN2, FSSW, ESPND, NBATV, FSSW2
Just setup Plex DVR and everything in the guide is marked as NEW.
Itâs showing todayâs date instead of episode number.
Is anybody else having this problem or know a fix for it?

The issue was with my EPG file.
Iâve switched to using Schedules Direct to import my program info (to xTeVe), and now everything is working properly.
Sometimes it does but it just eventually comes back. Thanks.
I am still having to do a lot of full manual EPG refresh to get rid of to be announced in the guide. It seems like the non-manual full refresh doesnt update these to be announced.
Well, that was fast. I noticed this morning that it has now been corrected. Thank you again.
His Dark Materials episode 1 BBC1 HD tonight not set as NEW so season-pass was going to start with episode 2!
Well done Plex, thatâs only one of the biggest premiers of the year and it wouldnât have recorded except I happened to spot the mistake in time. EPG really isnât fit for purpose.

I checked plex.tv server information and you appear to be on a very old version 1.16.6.1592-B9D49BDB7 - assuming the server you are referring to is âfreeplexâ
Automatic overnight scheduled task full EPG refreshes came in with version 1.18.0.1906
Verizon Fios/Pittsburgh/15222. MLB issue was resolved, but the same is happening to all NHL, NFL, and College Football Games showing replays as ânew,â in many cases corrupting the original file since the replays arenât timed properly. Please advise, thank you for the help.
Side note, breaking out all ânotre dameâ events should be selected as Notre Dame Football, or Basketball. Now I get volleyball softball soccer etc.

I have found one problem which relates to games marked for us as taped. At the moment these result in the New flag being set - because taped could also cover cases of transmissions that are semi-live - taped and transmitted a few seconds later

Well none of these are marked new on any other guide source Iâm checking, including the tivo in my living room.
The following airings are examples of what I found. For each of these 3 games, there are 3 airings. The 2nd and 3rd of each should not have had the âNewâ indicator showing

Correct. None of the extra airings should be marked new, they all are.
The DVR has basically imploded on me. Iâm now recording pirates âeventsâ as new well after the season has ended. Recording âNotre dame footballâ or âPittsburgh footballâ is every sporting event from that respective university. NFL and NHL games are recording replays and Spanish. Itâs become unusable in Pittsburgh which is beyond saddening.

I do think DVR needs a re-think. When it went live I was excited for its future, which I presumed would bring in PVR features once things had settled with basic functionality. Unfortunately, a few years later and things still havenât settled and none of those more exciting PVR features have been introduced.
I need to establish if the cause of this is the same - is it the taped broadcasts that are the cause of the issue. So please list of channel numbers and channel names and the lineup and I will compare with what I found for what @NDInnovations reported
