I’m looking forward to testing the new UK EPG data from Thursday afternoon UK time, should improve things, especially how complicated the UK is for region’s and then sub regions, 5 main region’s quickly become 20 or just over with the sub region’s for the different cities and boroughs.
Get the main 5 working first, England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands and Plex will be awesome once more.
Then I’m adding one more WinTV DualHD tuner to the mix, this will then give me everything I need to run my server the way I intend.
I looked at about a dozen and they seemed to be ok with episode descriptions, however, I will look again tonight. Just north of you in the Oklahoma City OTA market.
Still no upcoming recordings, getting sick of this, what’s going on? Is it just me?
Episodes are showing up in the guide correctly, but despite being new episodes nothing is recorded. I can manually record an episode by cancelling it from the schedule and then kicking off the recording.
Deleted and setup DVR a dozen times and it’s the same every time!
Under recordings, recording priority to the right of the screen, click on any show, let the details box pop up and hit save. That worked for me. Had to do it for every show down that list.

could be the episode identification - some corrections are still being made. Is the episode correctly identified - if they are, could you get screenshots and debug logs just before the expected scheduled time and during
@sa2000 I think 5pm BST Tomorrow or around that time we in the UK should see a change in the EPG data as a whole if I am correct? If everything is on track that is?
I just want to add that I also noticed the 1/1/19 as the date on a few shows, and for here on the Wenvoe Transmitter, Channel 8 which is the Local Channel shows as North Wales, as when it was Gracenote under a couple of other Lineups it showed as Cardiff TV.
I have for example an episode of Ambulance on BBC1 HD tomorrow at 9pm, it’s correctly identified as S05E05, however it’s not showing in the DVR schedule. Same with Taskmaster on Dave this evening episode numbering is correct S08E08, doesn’t appear in the DVR schedule.
If I switch from ‘New Airings’ to ‘New and Repeat Airings’ the DVR schedule is populated with all the available episodes.
Currently running version 1.16.1.1273. EPG is Freeview Anglia OTA Broadcast.
Makes good sense, thanks for the updates, however I believe the guide is wrong about what is HD and what is not.
Live with Kelly and Ryan later this morning for instance is broadcast in 720p, but is being shown as SD. I’ll fill out the form I guess since that is now “incorrect guide data” not “The channel sees it as SD when it’s really HD”

I am currently unable to download EPG data (for a few days now) the guide gets to about 4% downloading then stops with the errors below. Will this new release fix my issue? I have 3 devices giving me 8 tuners which are a nightmare to setup each time and trying to avoid doing it again. If I have to set them all up again would anyone recommend the XML route instead? I am in the UK
Ok, so I’ve turned on debugging and tried re-adding Taskmaster to the schedule. The debug log shows this:
