I had this issue a few months ago, the only way to get it to work was to allow repeat airings. Very not ideal, but I needed the new programs to record until it was fixed or otherwise.
I donât see a season listed. I wonder if it is thinking these are season 1. Can you show me the episode guide for this.
A full season is listed in the Guide but there doesnât seem to be a mention of it in the logs. This is some extra from the log file when trying to add the recording:

I can see that a lot of the episode now has the correct date (say 6/27/19) as the Episode information. However, the way it is filled is wrong for people not in the UTC time zone. For example, in San Diego, California, USA (-8 from UTC), the value is filled based on UTC only. This makes a weird case where 4pm news is tagged as â6/27/19â while 5pm news is tagged as â6/28/19â. Obviously a timezone issue.

Heres a screenshot showing no programs for ITV4 Pick & Yesterday from Sunday onwards. The TDF starts next week and its broadcast on ITV4 in the UK so i really need the guide data showing by then. This is the lineup im using in plex DVRâSky HD/Sky Q NE. Eng/Tyne Tees Satellite
Iâve had another go at setting up the EPG with 1.16.1
Freeview OTA STV Central Region and it doesnât pick up STV channels, just ITV London
It also doesnât pick up any existing recordings and it looks like theyâll have to be manually readded which is going to be incredibly annoying if that isnât fixed.
I believe that is a known issue that is being worked on, everyone gets the gerneric London Feed (you might find BBC the same if you check the lisings, even though it mentions Scotland), dont think BBC2 Scotland existed anymore?
For your recordings, other people have mentioned that if you just open the scheduled recording and click save, then if fixes the issue

For the scheduled recordings, I tested one and it worked, but for another one (Catch-22 on Channel 4) it did not. I had to create a new scheduled recording - I noticed it had different banner images from the previous version.
This is not an ideal solution in any case as Iâve got well over 100 programs scheduled, and there isnât an easy way to managed scheduled recordings in Plex. I wish there was a separate screen where you could manage them and multiple delete ones you no longer want (such as single episodes)
If this is the solution (select and then save) then it is programmable, and should be written into the upgrade path of this change to a different EPG
Might be worth mentioning the STV issue, I have seen mention of Wales getting the default ITV, and England just gets this default listing also, no regionality
To me it looks the same issue and everywhere is just getting a generic network ITV
Shame the saving on recording schedule didnt work, plex mentioned that some schedules might have to be redone, for some people i saw that saving worked

So this shitshow is going live on 1st July, right? Iâm already dreading Monday when I have to resetup everything. Once again Plex pushes out insufficiently tested major changes.

Perhaps they are going to surprise us all 
Many of the issues have been reported since the new EPG came live, just looks the same as issue reporting for the last one, fill out the form and it goes into a black hole
Hereâs another example: Glastonbury, asked to record all new airings, it looks through the guide finds all the upcoming episodes over the next 3 days and determines they are all oldâŠ

Can any UK users confirm if they are using the new Plex supplied EPG, and have the following issue with ITV channels.
I have frequent entries in my EPG stating " ITV x Network Programming". This is even during prime time.
Using Sky HD/Sky Q Yorkshire EPG currently, but Ive tried Youview and OTA National EPGs and have the same issue? It basically makes the whole DVR useless as ITV are the principle channels and cannot be used for recording.
Itâs not just ITV. There are multiple channels with âxxx Programmingâ entries throughout the guide. They look like placeholders as they dont have the episode data. Really poor.
This is happening for me as well, ITV 1, ITV 2, ITV Be, ITV2+1 show no programmes in the guide, ITV 3, ITV 4 works though. It gets a lot worse tomorrow night, as the same as happening for BBC1, BBC 2 and Channel 4. Iâm using the Freeview London OTA guide.

So what we are seeing is that the UK BBC, Channel 4 and ITV channels (and others) have no or little programming data. These are the principle channels used in the UK for over 40 years, and are the cornerstone of the UK feeeview service. As the Plex DVR is not providing program data for these channels it is not fit for purpose in the UK and therefore the whole Plex DVR service is unusable in the UK.
Plex either need to fix these issues as a priority or back-out the planned change. If they neither fix the issues nor back-out the change leaving UK users and no doubt others without a working DVR service, then they need to stop advertising the service as apart of their commercial product, as this is clearly not true.
Letâs see how they handle this.
I updated my reply with a screenshot of Sunday nightâs EPG, and it shows random dates assigned to BBC1, 7/12/19 (which is probably in US format 12th July 2019), Channel 4 has the 7/11/19, BBC 4 has 7/10/19. Channel 5 which is working has the correct date for Sunday 6/30/19 (though wish it was shown as 30/6/19).

Re-added my DVR this morning.
I had to fiddle my location to get the right line up: BBC Scotland is not included in the âCentralâ region.
Major channels are missing data, just showing âprogrammingâ or âTBAâ
A further issue seems to be with programme type tagging on some channels, notably Talking Pictures - none of the movies are being identified as such and previously scheduled recordings are not matching as a result.
Iâve been quite happy with the DVR functionality in plex up until now. This feels like a major regression.
