Anyone else seeing tomorrow’s new episodes of The Flash and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow not marked as new in the Plex EPG?
Yes, same here in Washington DC market. It is to the point where I don’t trust Plex to make all the recordings properly even with constant “babysitting”, so it is a disappointment as a DVR.
The Late Show with Stephen Colbert consistently has incorrect “NEW” flags so Plex doesn’t record when it should. Zip 99705 Fairbanks OTA. I’ve reported this in the EPG reporting tool several times and it’s still not fixed.
Be aware. You will not be recording S03E03 this week if you recorded the “mislabeled” S03E03 (really S03E02) from last week…
BTW…can you please update Cartoon Networks (848) schedule? It changed over a week ago and is still yet to be reflected. The whole Saturday night lineup has changed along with mulitple late night changes.

This has been tidied up. The issue was to do with combo airings and some were not flagged correctly. There should be consistency now.

I have referred the errors that I could see to our provider and asked for audit of the schedule and ensuring up to date schedule is used

This has totally not been sorted out for “Big City Greens” On Disney (847). It is still the repeating mess it was before.
Every Victor and Valentino (848) is still marked new.
Two days now until Cartoon Network (848) lineup is pretty much entirely invalid.

Furthermore on the cartoon network lineup change…There is a 3.5 hour family guy on taking up the entire saturday late night lineup. I guess I’ll record that hot mess if nothing changes

Ok, so it’s not just Saturday on. You still haven’t reflected any S/E or title data in the long metalocalypse marathon tomorrow night.
My post was not referring to anything other than “It’s Pony” which was looked into. Each series is a separate investigation and separate fix. I will see if you have this outstanding to be looked into

It would appear they have ceased marking all airings new as of next week. The entire month of april I have recorded every show aired. There are only two new episodes a week, on saturday. The shows on April 23 and April 24 are not new.
The S/E data for “cuddle monster; boss for a day” rerun though is nonsense.
Everything on “adult swim” and nearly everything on cartoon network always has at least an episode title if not also full S/E data. Metalocalypse has always been detailed. Only when lineups change far out do they often contain no data. By the previous week however, everything is correct and up to date.
They are being set but it appears the data is being updated too close to the airing time and depends on whether the updated data got ingested at our end in time or if the Plex Media Server refresh picked up the change.
If you refresh the EPG now then the Thursday night airing will be right
The following airing has already been updated by our provider and a refresh tomorrow should pick that
I have asked our provider to look into setting this information earlier
As follow up to my earlier response, our ingestion may complete after the default overnight scheduled tasks window and we do have an issue at the moment where they are running late. So you could extend the scheduled tasks window by a couple of hours or so - or shift it as well as extending.

Can you please tell me when " Metalocalypse" aired on 848 Cartoon Network East before Friday 24 April 23:00 CDT. I cannot find any airings for the week before - may be I am using wrong series ID.
And can you please tell me which channel number is “Adult Swim” (ADSM) on your lineup. I am having real difficulty finding it and even trying this https://mygrande.com/cable-tv/channel-list and select Dallas did not help me

Metalocalypse hasn’t aired probably in 4-5 months.
There is a Rick & Morty marathon on next monday though, similarly without any S/E/T data. Rick & Morty airs daily for years.
