that’s Neighbours mucked up again the last couple of days

Neighbours airings appear now to have the right episode dates for Monday 20 July to Thursday 23 July - but the “New” indicator is not set for the first airings of these episodes

I have just checked Neighbours in today’s data and the “New” indicator is not set. The original air dates are set correctly for the next airings for Monday to Thursday on channel 5 - but no New flag set. So would need to have “New and Repeats” in the DVR setting for the recordings

I have fed back to our provider that the data is still not right

Thanks - they definitely need this right as there is a new lunchtime and repeat teatime airing each day. Have they explained why they keep getting it wrong? What cause old programme into from 4 years ago to start coming in?

There are lots of movies missing from the schedule so a 1.5 hour movie suddenly turns into a 5.25 hour movie. i.e. this one from Tuesday.

Your assistance would be appreciated.

Some series on some channels do not get sequenced and they may end up being sequenced if we request it and the request is accepted.

If the series does get sequenced on 029 - 4Music then it would be a similar operational matter. And it only becomes a problem if they are not sequenced before the air date/time.

So if we end up with a situation where a normally sequenced series is not sequenced for an airing today or even tomorrow then I would raise it as an issue when it gets reported

Freeview has the correct episode number whereas the Plex guide is again incorrect

Any update for Channel 4 and Celebrity Gogglebox? The “new” tags and episode number isn’t correct for Friday 24th July.

I have mentioned this to our provider - 24th July does not appear to be sequenced yet

When will this be done? Only a few days away and now it’s showing as no upcoming airings because the New tag is missing and the episode number isn’t listed.

As of a refresh about 15 minutes ago this weeks “8 Out of 10 Cats” episodes (including tonight) on 4 Music are still showing Date rather than Series and Episode.

Channel 5 QE2 program this Friday night at 9pm is not showing properly either.

I am very frustrated with DVR at the moment, never before have I had so many EPG issues!!

Been using “something else” to record UK Freeview for the past 11 months, after giving up following the DVR revamp & new data provider.

But now it’s time for me to review that decision and decide whether or not to return to using Plex for DVR.

So, a quick question for any fellow Plex Pass DVR users in the UK: is it now working well enough for me to resume recording off Freeview broadcast tv via my HDHomeRun dual tuner?

I wouldnt switch back to it, I occasionally use it for live tv, but recordings i use alternate s/w

It still has the same problems as when you left 11 months ago, issues get reported and then get fixed, but Plex seem in no rush to get to the bottom of why the same problems keep occuring

Prime example is post above yours, Ch.5 data for Friday evening is totally wrong

Same issues today with Friends. This is an ongoing issue and needs to be sorted, not just constantly reported to your provider. I agree with others that the EPG is becoming basically unusable at this point.

Thanks but just refreshed and episode still misnamed and Friday airing missing.

Today’s Midday The Bill episode on Drama is still showing after refresh as S20E94 when it is in fact S22E16.

Friday’s Midday episode should be S22E18. But the guide is showing it as a repeat of S22E17 so PVR is currently ignoring it, as S22E17 is recording on Thursday.
