I can see that the “New” indicator was not set for the airings - so if your recordings settings look for New only, it would have got missed.
Nothing showing on Channel 5 from Wednesday morning onwards. Just says “Channel 5 Programming”

Gracenote data and OTA guide in UK absolutely fine. Just Plex and its partners that is, frankly, crap. Regretting going to PLEX for live TV recording. May give up on the HD homerun and go back to EYEtv
Lots of channels showing the same from Saturday 1st August. It’s just ridiculously poor.
I’ve done a full refresh, which seems to have filled in some (not all) of the major channels for the weekend (5HD and some of kids’ channels, for example are still showing placeholders). Channel 4/4HD did fill in, but it looks like the provider has made a mess with the F1 again. They’ve made that “scheduling the Qualifying twice” mistake again:
Programming details for PBS are missing from 00:00 THU onwards this week.
Annoying as I wanted to schedule a recording for THE GENE: AN INTIMATE HISTORY which is on PBS at 20:30 on THU.
I’m on Freesat South.
An easy fix here is to just add in manual recording options. That way we can choose the Channel, time, date/s etc. Traditional HDD DVR systems have had this for years due to EPG issues suffered by all.
Surely someone at Plex has thought of this? It should be quite simple in implement.

Our provider had major database issues in the last 24 hours. I have escalated the impact. We are yet to ingest 27th July data and awaiting availability of the data. That may fill some of the gaps.

Good spot on the Free Practice 3 slot, that means they’ve actually scheduled the Qualifying three times on this occasion (For FP3, Qualifying itself and the actual race on Sunday at 13:45BST)

Agree @gunnersboy - I just noticed the same myself! @sa2000 this is getting beyond a joke with Channel 5 - what on earth is the listings provider playing at with these recurring issues? With the greatest respect for the diligent work you do raising the matters with them day in, day out - I think the time has come for this to be raised much higher by @elan with the Managing Director/CEO of the provider as the service they are providing is simply unacceptable and by association is severely damaging the usability and reputation of Plex.

Sony Movies Action is also out as well - showing “To Be Announced” and “Teleshopping” 
We have got the 27th July data from our provider and ingestion completed and cache should have cleared by now. This may fill some of the gaps / TBAs / generic entries in the schedules.
Please do an EPG refresh now and see if that resolves some of the issues.
I have tried a refresh and I am still having problems don’t know if these are new problems

Also Yesterday Channel same issue
Pick TV channel same issue starting from Thursday
PBS Channel same issue starting from Thursday
4 Music Channel same issue starting from Friday
And Saturday is just chaos ITV2, ITV3, ITV4 ITV Be are teleshopping all day
No info for 5USA, 5Star CBS Reality

Channel 5 - Only has 6 programmes for me (inc The News) over the next 24 hours

PS. The “New” tag is still missing from Thursday showing of The Good Place as well, but a) I can work around this and b) This is minor compared to the mess that we have.
