Do I need to be on the beta update channel not the public one? I’m currently on the public channel and there doesn’t seem to be any updates.

Thanks… I had to Google where the release announcements are made but I did find it. As a followup question, what’s the trend with the beta getting into the public channel? Does it typically involve a few weeks or months?
So I guess monitoring CPU and RAM usage is not coming to NVidia Shield TV? I thought it would be since Plex Media Server is a system app.

Broke the nvidia shield tv “share storage over network” feature.

I just want to make sure that you have tried this, but have you tried toggling it off then on and then rebooting?
Yes, but it does not work … I go into “sharing files on the network” and it puts “loading” and then it does not work, then the restart is disabled and it still does not work. Thanks for your interest, I can not think of anything else.

Oh man, I’m glad I haven’t updated yet. I’m still on the server from two versions back. To me, that was the most stable. Hopefully they see enough people have this issue and fix it as soon as possible.
Typical update from Plex, fix some stuff, break other stuff. I’m passing on this update, I rely on sharing to work.

Yea, I was a little disappointed when I saw those options were removed on the Shield.
Well, it’s a beta release. So there might be a chance that they’ll include it in a future release. But we all know the Shield has its limitations. Maybe one of the Plex team members will comment on this.
I updated last night and got Version 1.15.6.1090, but I cannot find that version on the PMS release announcements forum???

Yep, sorry missed the Nvidia part. Wonder if they slipped, the announcement is for 1.15.6.1079 PMS update
So far so good with the latest update… the whole server used to crash when transcoding or converting a full 4K bluray file, but so far I haven’t had that happen now.
