Plex app on Synology DSM7 not creating Plex share or user

Hi folks,

Just tried installing Plex on DSM7 using Package Centre. The app installs okay on DSM, but the installer doesn’t seem to create a “Plex” share or a “Plex”/“PlexMediaServer” user. The installer tells me to set the permissions levels for the PlexMediaServer user, but there isn’t one. If I try to create the PlexMediaServer user manually, DSM tells me I can’t because “user already exists or is reserved for system use only.”

Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this? Thanks!
