There has been feedback from another user - identifying it as a bug in QT and relates to decimal point character
got a workaround. Its a QT bug: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-84275
Until Plex is built with QT 5.15 make sure that you are not using the same character for decimal places and thousands seperators for floating point numbers. See bugreport in keepass:
