My plex server, on Ubuntu, is not showing my medias anymore, and I don’t have the button to add them.
I replace a disk from my raid before that, but all files are present and available.
How can I fix that?
When using a manage account, I can access the libraries. It looks like it is the same bug as Can't view my plex server or content libraries via primary account but I can via a managed account
Is there anyone from plex to help ?
What happens if you completely reclaim it?
- stop plex
- Rename Preferences.xml → Preferences.xml.save
- start plex
- Claim it and give it a new name (temporarily)
After that’s done and you have confirmed control,
ADD the managed users
DO NOT join the “Plex Home” again.

How can I have more info on why claiming is failing?
I see my media library on the left menu, but as it is not claimed, I cannot see the files. So it is half a solution so far, but it’s progressing 
Hmmm, I found this in the logs. And it seems that I cannot reach plex.tv for some reasons, I’ll check that.
Curl error 7 is a hard blocked.
Plex.tv doesn’t hard block anyone except Hetzner
ah… gateway issue on my server 
All good now.
That is weird though that this connection problem is not showing up in Plex UI.
