Plex web and Windows 10 app lose view controls in Folders view

I missed this thread initially because I’m not using any windows so I skipped it while skimming through the list. and I made my own:

Music folder navigation has become unusable on plex-web (Player v4.57.4)

Server Version#: Version 1.23.1.4602 Player Version#: Version 4.57.4 I am using a 27" screen. please explain why I only see 4 lines of folders in the music section?
