I’m running a Plex Media Server on OS X, and my kids (Dutch speaking) watch movies using the new Plex Media Player. Despite the library language being set to Netherlands, the server preferred audio track language being set to Netherlands and my Plex TV account global app settings for languages being set to Netherlands, all bilingual movies play in English instead of Dutch. On further inspection, the English tracks appear to be DTS 5.1, the Dutch tracks AC3 encoded. Seems that regardless of the settings, PMP prefers the higher quality DTS track above the AC3 track. Is this a known issue? And does anyone know a fix for it?
i have the same problem.
language is set to german in profile, languages are identified correct in movies/shows, but still the default language is always english instead of german.

Same problem as well . On iPad at leat, iPhone seems to follow the setting just fine
