PMS not fetching correct metadata from TVDB or TMDB for a TV Show

Player Version#: Version 4.149.0

My Issue is similar to the below issue and the TV show requires manual refresh from Plex’s end :

Tvdb dvd metadata not matching correctly

Server Version#:1.40.2.8395 Player Version#: N/A <If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled> Metadata coming from tvdb dvd doesn’t seem to match what’s on the site for Bluey Season 2. The plex dance has been done and the files are following the naming conventions. Am I doing something incorrectly or is this a bug? Pictures of the problems are attached. My Problem:

There is a show named Make A Wish (2021) having TMDB ID: 128698 and TVDB ID: 405881 . It is showing the correct poster image for the show but the description, studio and cast and other information is coming from a show named Make A Wish (1971).

Please see the below screenshots from what I am getting when i do fix match for the show and search “tvdb-405881”:

Do you have your library set to themoviedb or tvdb by default?

It’s set to TVDB by default. But that’s not the problem, as you can see in the screenshots when i search for the show with tvdb id the summary that it is fetching for the show the dialog box is not the same as the one actually on the tvdb page. It’s showing summary and cast of another show of the same name which aired in 1971. But, the poster it’s showing is of the correct show.
