Remote Access Problems

I can’t seem to figure out what changed. I have been able to access my server, remotely, for months. All of a sudden, it will disable remote after a minute or two of being accessible outside my network. I did not change anything on the server, the computer (Windows 10) that is running it, or anything on my network. Here are the things I have done to try to remedy this, with no success:

  • Uninstalled\reinstalled PMS - Both removing registry entries and not removing the registry
  • restarted my router, and mesh network
  • double checked that I have the application listed in my firewall rules to allow
  • made sure that everything was updated (computer, router, mesh network)

Below is my setup

  • Server running on Windows 10 (Windows 10 pro, version 22H2 build 19045.3803)
  • 1gb internet with AT&T on BGW320
  • TP Link Deco Mesh X3600

If you want my logs, please help me with how to get these to you. I don’t know where they are located, etc. I found some logs, but the only thing that they have in them are listed from Feb 2022, so I am pretty sure these aren’t the ones.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Mod Edit: Moved post to server-windows section of forum.

These documents may help:

Remote access is never working. That is Plex trying to enable remote access then failing.

Verify the port forwarding statement in the BGW 320 exists and points to the correct internal IP address.

Info on port forwarding with BGW 320: Changed ISP - No Remote Access with AT&T BGW 320-500 - #3 by FordGuy61

How and where is the server connected to the network - wired/wireless, BGW320/TPLink, etc.?
