Ok, I start an old server I had on my Mac desktop. both my windows and now this Mac server shows its they are accessible to the outside network but I cant get them on my phone. My phone lets me connect to my windows machine (the server we have been working on) from outside the network but the MAC server hows offline.

@ChuckPa I am having the same issues with my Plex Server. Randomly, the server is dropping remote access. My mother-in-law lives in another city and has been losing Plex access lately over and over. When I go into manage library access, she no longer has access. I have added access back 2 times now. Why does this continue to drop? Here is my log as well.

I think it’s “stupid Chuck question” time. – If you go back to a previous version, does the problem go away? Is all remote access restored ?
Stupid Question #2 – Which Windows OS is this? Desktop ? Server? Which version?

version 1.32.5.7328 - not accessible
version 1.32.4.7195 - works, fully accessible
Windows 11 home version 22H2
Now, some 3 hours later, PMS Remote Access is still working ?

How do I get to version 1.32.4.7195? I am having my server keep dropping. I have been working with ChuckPa. My server is running on a windows machine and lately been dropping outside my network access.
and updated to 7349 and its back up and working again.

Just so I understand, I have right now version 1.32.5.7349 running, So I should have no problems with my server showing up on outside my network? Dam it just went down again
I only have three updates in the folder:
5.7328
5.7349
6.7371
Is this a good website to get old versions?
@ChuckPa just checked this morning and it’s down again. Will revert to older version until there’s a new update or you say otherwise

I think this is the same problem that I am having. I have to keep “Retry” the “Manually specify public port” to get back up. It stays up a short time. I need help please
Do you see my post on the old versions link to that website? If so, would it help me to download the version 1.32.4.7195 from that site? Plex goes down all the time. Nobody can watch any movies.

If folks are needing older PMS versions,
FOR YOUR SAFETY,
I’d prefer to be the one giving you those executables. This way, you’ll know they haven’t been repacked / tampered with.
I could try that version if you think that it would help? What crazy its been up for hours, then it just stops outside access. I looks like when I do anything with in Plex, it goes down also.
can u update my certificate? openssh isnt letting me connect, so when i have free time to troubleshoot all of that, i will. but as of this moment, i dont have that much free time to do that.
