Synology plex server package for intel celeron J4025

total newbie going out of my mind!!!
got a synology DS220+
installed Beta plex server
screen says ‘soup is empty’
i have enabled all the read write options during set up on the NAS
when i click + for my media, it says i need to install media server… i already have it?
so i follow the link and it asks for a package, but my processor isn’t list

can anyone advise please?

Few things:

DON’T install the “Beta” from Package Center (1.21.0.3744)

  1. It was written for the DSM 7.0 beta.
  2. It doesn’t work correctly anymore because of the changes Synology made between DSM 7 beta and DSM 7 final release.
  3. If you have that version installed — UNINSTALL + ERASE option

Plex.tv/downloads

  1. The DS220+ (J4025 CPU) is a dual core - 64 bit Intel) - you want the Intel 64-bit

  2. When you open the app:
    a. Open PMS by the Syno IP address only: e.g. http://192.168.1.200:32400/web
    b. Don’t use ‘app.plex.tv’ – the server isn’t initialized yet
    c. Don’t use the QuickConnect link in Package Center – the server isn’t initialized yet.
