Just found this thread. I am experiencing exactly the same issue. On all of my players except app.plex.tv (i.e., not working on my-IP web player, IOS, ATV). See below the error, which seems to be the same one as the one here. Can you also help me with this manual fix and when is the ETA for the bugfix? I am also experiencing similar issues with the new discovery services, so this may be related?
Adding my voice here as this seems to be the main thread for the issue and is hopefully gaining traction on a fix.
A broader fix has been deployed. Anyone whoâs had the issues as originally reported in this topic, please try the following now:
- Go to your https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/online-media-sources account page and disable the Music/TIDAL provider
- On your Sign In | Plex account page, unlink TIDAL, and then link it fresh
- Back on the Online Media Sources page, enable the Music/TIDAL provider again
- Wait 10 minutes for changes to propagate
- Restart (e.g. force-quit and launch) the player app
This was a specific fix for this specific error, so it very well might not resolve things if youâre having a different TIDAL issue. If youâre having a different issue, please report it in a different forum topic. Thanks!

This is working now.
After I went to the manual steps above, this is now working on the webplayer and also on ATV. However, it does not yet work for me on the IOS player (iphone). Do you want me to open a new thread? @chrisc

@lee_j7 and @Tecko , also working for you on IOS/iphone? After going through the manual steps (in @chrisc 's post), things are working for me again on webplayer and ATV. However, it is still not working on my iphone. Message on iphone is âmusic is unavailableâ. I restarted the iphone (in addition to the steps above), but it is not working.
Steps have fixed it for me too. For iOS devices, I force quit (go to app switcher, swipe up) after waiting the 10 minutes suggested.
Yep working on all iOS devices now for both Plex and Plexamp after following the steps outlined by Chris
