TV Show Tagging is all mixed up!

Hi all, I had some issues on my Plex server a while ago where I was accidentally deleting all of my media every weekend due to a mis-configured backup script, which meant that several weeks in a row, I copied all the media back to the server from my backup drive and re-scanned the libraries. However, in the process I realized that files were actually getting moved into the wrong folders; I ended up with this strange cascaded thing where you went into the Venture Bros folder, then King of the Hill and all the other shows were in there, but there was another Venture Bros folder, with all the other shows in it as well, and so on.

I have since fixed all of that, but ever since then, several of my shows have the wrong data shown. What’s interesting is, for example, the Venture Bros show up as such, but all the episode titles are from Space Ghost Coast to Coast episodes. I’m thinking I just need to clear out whatever DB file there is that associates the episodes with the metadata and do a “clean” scan, but I’m not sure what file I need to delete. Any ideas on what I can do?
