hi I have plex 1.28 in my qnap In qts 5.0, I had organized a series and left a season separate from the rest and now I tried to include it along with the other seasons but it doesn’t appear together with the others I tried to exclude the series from the collection to to be able to update and solve the problem but it didn’t work then I tried to do the plex dance but I couldn’t update but there was an error I think can someone give me a tip?

I left it separate because when I was informed I thought it was a different series with the same characters

Please provide a screen capture, since we need to see the real naming of the files
Try and name the show folder as:
Ikkitousen (2003) {tmdb-37584}
And I do assume, the your Show Library is pointing towards Animes ?
And lastly, please don’t use the build in Multimedia share!

yes that’s right I said series but they are anime in fact, article that you told me how do I find hidden files in the folder and where to star this option plex ignore?
Use an SSH connection, but strongly recommend simply moving your medias away to a regular share
I did as you indicated I created a shared folder and moved the anime there the other information errors were corrected but the fifth season has not yet appeared
Episodes in Season 05 are named as S01
