Why are these videos not shown in Plex?

I am running latest stable version of Plex Server in my Synology NAS and although I have gone through all the FAQs around about reasons for videos not showing up in Plex I am still struggling at it.

Can you see any reason in the attacched screenshot??

I’ve renamed the folder ‘Haikyuu’ and the first episode ‘Haikyuu - S03E01.mp4’.

After forcing a rescan it still doesn’t appear in Plex.

Read/Write permissions for user ‘plex’ were already enabled.

Video File Naming

With LMA in priority, Embedded Titles within MP4/M4V files are preferred - even over a perfect file name. Local Media Assets should - AT ALL TIMES - remain enabled (unless specifically instructed to turn it off). The Plex Dance ™

The purpose of this is to remove all cached metadata and xml data for an item that Plex usually keeps. Make sure you have the TV Library pointing at the correct location.

As the others have mentioned, naming and structure is important. Do not vary from Plex’s requirements.

The Synology FAQ has good information on media organization.
