I have raised this before and it was thought the example given (faint text in the zip code / post code box) is sufficient - for UK that shows CF31

To be honest, I didn’t even see the example as my browser auto-filled the box

Here’s the whole timeslot of scheduled recording failing, then me trying two channels through Plex.

These tie up. So requests to tune rejected because there was no video data

Thanks for the recording subscriptions xml. They do not show the runaway recording - Anyway, I have referring the 2925% complete issue to our development team

Thanks for referring it on. Bit odd how a failed live tv viewing through Plex, to a tuner that didn’t work started the infinite recording. Do think all the feedback and processes I stated above should help resolve issues I’ve noticed. Thanks for helping!

11/04/2020 - 003/103 8PM - Britain’s Got Talent - Should be S14E01 Probably episode name of Auditions 1 ? Start of a new series.

Could you tell me if episode numbering is ok now for 9-1-1 on 12.1 KPTV (Fox)

I can see next new episode is S3 E15 for Monday 13th April “The Taking of Dispatch 9-1-1”

Thee is a repeat on Saturday 11th which is showing as S3 E10 “The Christmas Spirit”

With regards to Hawaii Five O will need to wait until it airs again on 6.1 KOIN (CBS) and then let me know

(Nevertheless I will refer it to our provider - the request would have more weight if any of the episodes for the current season did actually have a real title rather than the generic series title)

Episodes initial entries in the EPG tend to be generic - closer the airing time, more data gets filled in.

For this 11th April which is still 4 days away - the data we ingest next will have it as Season 2 Episode 3. With all going as planned, an EPG refresh tomorrow morning would pick the change

I suspect it is going to be wrong because there was a gap when there was no new episode on the 6th April and probably automation assumed there would be.

My mistake, it seems only S3E1 & E2 had episode titles.

I have the previous episode as S2020E1 from when that originally aired.

Though that might have been a TheTVDB match, as the file name doesn’t seem to show any SSEE numbering.

It’s been updated on 103, but not 003 for me. One channel has the updated SSEE & Episode name and the other doesn’t. Now have it recording twice in the schedule.

This has been fixed - the next two weeks airings now show as S3 E14 and E15
EPG Refresh should pick the changes
