Could you use the form on this post to give the info for the wrong channel mapping for 4.2 please
You would need to also include the exact name of the line up used which should be visible on the DVR Setting page at the top
Form here
Just looked at your previous post - it was April. So this is not a new issue but a problem you have had for a while. I will respond to the other topic as it is unrelated to the topic in this forum thread
I’ve send two report to give info about the wrong channel mapping. Today I update PMS and the wrong channel is still there. We only have 4 channels where we live. Now Plex give me correct guide for 3. Better than nothing I guess.
I’m also stuck at 0% after choosing my location and postal code (channels were correctly detected).
There is nothing special in my logs (I just see a lot of duplicate lines about Skipping Channel).

I’m running the latest beta 1.16.2.1297-4b7ace214 Amd64 in an LXD container.
Is this happening with xmltv only ? or when selecting a lineup for your post code?
Could you run with debug logging enabled and restart server and go through delete DVR, wait a few seconds and then recreate and when the issue arises - get screenshot and download logs

Running latest PMS Version 1.16.3.1402 on linux Debian Buster in LXC/Proxmox 6.0.
Step to reproduce:
Try to add DVR ( Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD), leave “Antenna” selected, select country (France), then continue (Channels are already scanned and displayed).
Leave language as “Francais”, type Postal Code and then hit continue.
Ok, I was trying through my https reverse DNS (usually working perfectly with the loopback on my lan) and it doesn’t seem to work that way…
I tried the same directly http://plex:32400 and then it worked immediatly and I was able to finish the setup!
Some of these tasks are asynchronous and progress is notified to Plex Web through asynchronous events from Plex Media Server - looks like these events were not reaching Plex Web - hence it appeared stuck at the initial 0% when in fact it progressed all the way to 100% when you captured the logs
epowelson has already taken care of me via mail. I copy-paste what he wrote:
“we’ve had to come up with a temporary fix for the duplicate channel issue until TiVo can resolve the issue. If you go back to your DVR settings and enabled channels you should now see two options for 12.1. This should correct the issue where the IRCHD channel was effectively turning into CTV on guide ingest.”
