Temporarily activate display of ‘hidden’ and ‘system’ files in Windows explorer.
Then go on the hunt for graphics files in the root of your tv show folder, named most likely like folder.jpg or smallthumb.jpg or similar.
Seek and destroy.
Edit the existing tv shows and select the right poster image.
Additionally, change the order of metadata agents under
Settings - Server - Agents - Shows - TheTVDB drag the line ‘Local Media Assets’ downwards so it sits underneath ‘TheTVDB’.
That way a rogue poster file cannot override the metadata coming from TheTVDB anymore.
This change however only has an immediate effect on newly added shows.
