Me TV Toons channels were added to my EPG after a few weeks FWIW. No idea if my request here had anything to do with it though.
Chicago Illinois | MeTV Toons | WCIU 26.7 | Not showing in the EPG drop-down available channel list. I’ve done a refresh of my EPG a few times now with no luck. Can we please get the EPG file updated to reflect this new channel! Thank you.
I’m having same issue:
Jacksonville, FL WJAX MeTV Toons 47.4
Plex doesn’t show channel in EPG drop down list, so it can’t/won’t load channel.
Minnesota and twin cities area is missing channel 5.6 which should be metv toons. Plex shows the channel number but there is no match in the guide.

It feels like Plex is no longer making updates to the guide based on this thread. I have requested updates multiple times and waited months and no update has been made. Is there another way to make this request?

Just sent the following message to Plex billing in hopes someone there will talk to technical support to investigate what is going on in this thread and why no one in the company seems to be working to add channels for customers. I hope someone there responds and actually helps us.
Sent the following message to a thread on the support side that is supposed to be for adding channels to Plex. I sent my particular request on June 22 of this year and the channels have still have not been added. Problem is no one is monitoring the thread anymore since this past spring. I believe the person doing the work left the company (according post made on thread back in April or May). Lots of other people are also sending their missing channel requests to that thread as well and and nothing is being done about it. I know I am directing this message to billing but can someone reach out to support and figure out what is going on since there is no other way for me and others to reach support about this particular issue (adding channels). Here is my request for adding channels from June…

Freeview Central Scotland EPG missing channels I can get 165 channels (HDhomerun and Plex reporting) EPG is showing only 149 available of which only 136 can be enabled. (some are duplicates or just simply missing channel numbers on EPG.)

seems that one broadcaster has moved moved some sub channels around in the market, Susquehanna Valley PA
here is what HD Home run reports which is the correct programs
scripps new has moved to 18.5 and 19.5 It was on x.6 for each broadcast tower but 18.6 & 19.6 are now the Pocono network for which there is no match for in the guide data for me to match to.
The Defy channel has been removed

In Australia EPG not loading, auto refresh has stopped. Using manual refresh, it does “Initializing” and then stops.

I reported this issue regarding the DVR confusing 1959 and 2019 versions of The Twilight Zone (starting after the Sky Mix channel staring showing the 2019 version) back in June (and then later as a separate thread).
This is still happening, so I’m having to schedule the 2019 version record and then manually separate the episodes.
Are there any updates on this?

Not working form me in Melbourne, Australia. Originally I had data for some channels but I deleted DVR and reconfigured now all channels say “Unknown Airing”.
This error appears in the logs during a guide refresh…

When configuring your DVR, try some neighbouring postcodes.
has anyone in the last month seen progress or feedback with getting their channels added, or is the nearby zip code the only option? thanks!
