Create a share for Plex Library Directory

Then disable the PMS in the AppCenter

Then Access the created share
In that share, rename the directory named Plex Media Server to Plex Media Server-OLD

Then start PMS again from the AppCenter, and it should be like a new install
If it then works, and you can claim it, then report back
