are you downloading the dsm 7 version from plex (there are two)? i assume you are on dsm 7 since its a new machine which would install dsm 7 by default. [image]

besides choosing the right one, I occasionally ran into problems if I didn’t right click the zip file and choose Save as rather than just click it. I have done the manual install of DSM 7 and have then using a private browser window I have attempted to get into Plex, and after signing in via my email and with it using the private window I have successfully managed to get access to my NAS, and I now HAVE SOUP!!!
