Server claiming issue on Synology D720+

Server Version#: 1.43.4.10903

After manually updating the media server on my D720+, I can’t see my media anymore.

I ran this server without issues since 2022.

Tried to uninstall media server and apps.

Reinstall server as “standard” : I can set libraries and synchronise them, but I can’t claim the server.

Reinstall server as “claim” and inputting a fresh token : I can’t either set the libraries or see any server setting on my account, though installation is confirming the server was claimed to my account.

Note: target folder are shared in both writing and reading with Plex media server.

What am I doing wrong? Any suggestion?

Thank you.

Which version of DSM is running on your NAS?
Did this DSM update from v6.x to v7.x recently-ish?
Which download version did you install exactly (there are 3 different ones to pick from)?

I have version 7.4.(?) latest update available.

It still worked after DSM update but issue started with Plex media server v1.43.3

I tried to go back to 1.41 but same issue recurring

You wrote above that you updated the server “manually”.
So, it is very important to know which of the 3 available downloads you actually used.

Which update was that? Was it going from DSM6 to DSM7, or from DSM 7.0.x to DSM 7.2.2., or something else?
If it was from DSM 6 to DSM7, did you follow the procedure described in here: Synology FAQ - Questions, Answers, and How-To's - #34 by ChuckPa

It was already from dsm7

I downloaded the DSM 7.2.2+ intel/arm 64-bit option
