Synology NAS constantly unavailable

hi, newbie here so bear with me!!
Recently set plex up on synology NAS. Plex picks up the server and the media at times but mostly get an error message saying that "The server “MyName” is unavailable Plex will automatically try to reconnect to this server
Is there something I have done wrong in the set up?

Go to FAQ 1 and manually extract the logs. Let’s make sure it’s not something in the Synology end first.
