Scottish TV region appears to be a bit pants, missing BBC2 (placeholder for BBC Scotland shows in its place (for what is marked as BBC2 Scotland), incidentally BBC Scotland is missing in the line up) STV HD (only ITV shows), STV+1 missing & I’m sure there’s a few other oddities.
As for the threat of Consumer action, can’t really see that stacking up. A company only really has to say they are in the process of fixing/resolving a problem, there’s no legal right as far as I’m aware to keep someone informed and it’s over the course of a reasonable timeframe. The key word is reasonable - I hardly think chucking out the threats of consumer action helps anyone, I’ve no doubt that the plex team are working on this & the many variables as hard as they can, it certainly can’t be easy, threats just hamper the time it’ll probably take them to resolve.
And… I still have no epg updates, and therefore no DVR…
I thought the same til tonight, but you have to go into Settings, Manage (at bottom of page) Live TV & DVR, then click manage (next to how many channels are enabled) & then manually map each channel (using the drop down) to the corresponding channel. IIRC I might’ve had to do this when I first set up the tuner.

Unfortunately, when I go to the settings section, it says it can’t find my DVR - this happened when I updated to 1.16.2.1297 (it was still recording things that were scheduled, so the tuner was actually working).
As a test, I’ve now updated to 1.16.3.1402 - and can now see the DVR, but if I try and view the channels, it throws up a screen saying “unable to load channel mappings”.
A quick forum search seems to suggets that this this is linked to the EPG issues;
It would be good to get some sort of official statement (we are aware and working on it) and also a post about how to fix the common errors (like mine), if there is a workaround - so we all don’t have to spend time going through the forums.
Its disappointing that the number of full series I have recorded on my Plex server are outnumbered by the number of ones that have missing episodes - due to some Plex issue or other.

Hi - sorry I am late to this party, but I have something you can try.
I had this problem too in one of my servers (the other one was fine). The answer was to downgrade back to 1.16.0.1226, delete the DVR and then upgrade back to latest and add the DVR.
Here is the thread where it is discussed.
The 102 BBC 2 HD issue where the BBC 2 NI HD channel was present in all the lineups instead of BBC 2 HD or BBC 2 Wales HD for Wales has been fixed and the fix is alreadu in our EPG data - so this can be used now by going through setup (Delete DVR / wait a bit / Create DVR and choose your OTA Freeview lineup - or Freeview National UK OTA lineup and manually assign each channel)
Please note that switching back and forth between National and local lineup may require recreating schedules for some channels - those that end up with a suffix and a sequence number in the channel identifier
Did you try to recreate the DVR and pick the Freeview OTA lineup for your area ?

I believe the BBC 2 National channel should be available on channel 2 and 102
Could you go through recreating the DVR (Delete / wait a bit / create) and re select the local regional Freeview STV OTA lineup for your area
BBC Scotland should be on channel 9
Thanks - I can’t recreate the DVR though, as the DVR setup page just sits on trying to find the device.
Its still recroding some things that happened to be on long schedules, so it is still connected and working, but I can’t control it in anyway.
@jester_tenet Have you tried downgrading back to 1.16.0.1226, deleting the DVR and then upgrading back to latest and re-adding the DVR.?

Wait until it is idle. Then delete the DVR and a minute later go through setup to re create it
Is it networked DVR - HD Homerun? If it is neyworked, make sure uPnP is enabled on the network as SSDP discovery is used to locate the DVRs and make sure on same subnet as the server and no blocks in firewall for SSDP discovery and uPnP
Not whilst its recording - whilst the device is idle, I go into the DVR settings and it comes up witht he screen ‘set up DVR’ - if I try and set it up, then it sits there spinning ‘for ever’.
I can’t delete and recreate, as the server isn’t telling me its there (although it is still able to record things - so something is talking to it).
Its a hauppauge wintv duo (on linux).

Channel 33 ITV1 +1 has stopped showing TBA ! Unfortunately it is showing the same as ITV1 rather than ITV1 +1 hour

@Farrant That’ll be TiVo thinking both channels are the same as they thought with C4 and E4!! It’ll be fixed in about a week… Meanwhile, I’m having fun and games with antenna installers in this area of South Wales, 3 of them have said I can’t get Wenvoe where I’m moving and have suggested I get Freesat in each room… I have them 2 words… The second was Off!!
If the inevitable happens and I can’t get more than 21 Channels because of the relays, I’ll just give up on Plex Live TV and use streaming from iPlayer etc.
I’m supposed to be cord cutting not spending extra money… Ah, the joys of the Valleys!!!

Yes - I saw this. Work is on going on this channel. It has been reported back
