Plex Media Server 1.32.3.7192 is now available to everyone.
This release fixes a security issue in Plex Media Serverâs auto-update service on Windows. The issue allowed a local unprivileged user to cause denial of service on the system. This cannot be exploited by an attacker without existing user access to the machine, and weâre not aware of any way to use it to escalate to administrator privileges or gain code execution. Nevertheless, we recommend that all users running Plex Media Server on Windows update to this new version as soon as possible, particularly those who run it on shared systems.
